Paytm Deploys Loginext to Scale up Pan India Logistics

Loginext’s Force & Mile SaaS products help Paytm to reach most unreachable PIN Codes of India’ reduce cost & increase sales via route planning, real-time tracking & visibility

Marking the coming together of two industry-specific disruptors, Paytm, India’s largest mobile payment and commerce company collaborated with LogiNext, one of India’s leading tech innovator in the field of logistics, route optimization and supply chain management. As the leading mobile wallet and fastest growing mobile-first marketplace and payments ecosystem, Paytm serves over 130 million users presently. To further extend its marketplace services to indigenous merchants spread across the geography, Paytm trail-blazed its SEED initiative, promising Speedy, Efficient and Effective Deliveries to its ever-increasing user base. The technical collaboration with LogiNext enabled Paytm to reduce costs and increase sales via daily sales process automation, real-time tracking, and enhanced visibility. Also, Paytm with the help of LogiNext products is now further organizing and collaborating with nationalized and local unorganized courier services.

Commenting further on the association, Bhushan Patil, President of Paytm said, “Today, we are a leading player in marketplace business, taking into account the combination of our digital and physical outreach. In regards to our small merchants, while we can offer them business, they would still have to manage the daily operations on their own. Optimizing their everyday operations is crucial since it is imperative for us to extend the best customer experience. LogiNext’s Force and Mile SaaS products help manage these small SEED centers, or first mile & last mile small courier partners to get online and administer their daily activities in a more optimized way. Paytm wants to delve further into the field, maybe do some KYC requirements. So, products like Force, which is a field workforce optimization software, would help us to make sure that the designated work is done and provides us visibility of our partners in every nook and corner of India.”

Further elucidating upon the partnership, DhruvilSanghvi, Co-Founder, and CEO, LogiNext added, “It has been an exceptional experience, associating with Paytm and solving the technology challenge. Their SEED initiative is going enable further growth and development of the economy, empowering small scale and independent merchants. The next phase of their salesforce and service people optimization will help us save them Millions in operations cost and give them good returns on the investment they made last year.”
