With the growing digitization and compliance in data protection, Indian Data Centre (DC) market is going grow faster to touch US$10 billion by 2027. It does show a lot of promise but there are a huge number of challenges too. DC is a power guzzler. It requires physical and cyber security layers to keep the data completely protected. There has to be high level of optimizations of technology so that the cost becomes optimised. There has to be high level of automation so that it helps to the reduction of cost and helps in manageability while outsourcing.
On the other hand, since there is sophistication and advancement in equipments, on-prem DCs are also showing signs of growth, there is now a dichotomy of approaches to both the sets of DCs from the CIOs. Plus, there is an effect of cloud, though cloud only sits in DCs.
So, keeping, all these in perspective, “Enterprise IT World DC Summit and Awards 2022” has been designed to engage CIOs and stake holders in a hybrid environment, where many would be on premise physically and rest would be connected virtually.
We would discuss the nuances of the DC industry and opportunity of engagement for the market. This time after two years gap, this event is happening in person at Mumbai, Hotel Hilton International Airport on 10th June.
