Symphony Moves to Innovation Center in Argentina

This right-shore center will act as the go-to-location for initiatives across the American and European markets

Symphony Teleca Corporation (STC) has announced its move to a larger, state-of-the-art facility in Buenos Aires to support continued growth in its Latin America business. Building on the company’s decade-old business presence in this region, this new facility will help Symphony Teleca further deliver high-quality software services to organizations worldwide, informed the release.

This move further solidifies the company’s place as the global leader in delivering cost-effective, expert software and technical support services. This right-shore center will act as the go-to-location for initiatives across the American and European markets by providing the required cultural, technical, time, geographical and language proximity. The company will also leverage its global team, domain expertise, excellent client references and optimal price compared to other American and Europe-based locations, to continue building customer momentum in 2014.

Jason Shangold, VP (Support and Sustenance Engineering), CA Technologies, said, “We were looking for a partner that could deliver top-notch services, technology expertise and a cost-effective approach and Symphony Teleca stood out as the most capable organization. We have found that Symphony Teleca’s global presence is a key differentiator and the company’s recent investment in the Latin America region has only underscored our confidence in its team as we continue to develop next-generation solutions for our customers.”

The new center will officially open on February 28, 2014 with plans to employ additional talent from Argentina’s large and growing technology workforce.

Sanjay Dhawan, President and CEO, Symphony Teleca, said, “We are excited to be moving to a new facility in Argentina this year and working with CA Technologies, and other innovative brands, to continue to build our presence in the Latin America region. We look forward to working with new and existing clients from our new Argentina location to bring next-generation technology to market in an efficient way.”
