Ritesh Gandotra to lead Document Management Services biz for Xerox India

Xerox announced the appointment of Ritesh Gandotra as Director, Global Document Outsourcing at Xerox India. In this role, Ritesh will be responsible for leading the Document Management Services business in India and South Asia that includes Xerox’s portfolio of Next Generation Managed Print Services, Document Supply Chain Management Services, Communication & Marketing Services and Document Transaction and Processing Services.

Ritesh will play a pivotal role in implementing strategies for incubating and augmenting India business in the document management services space across verticals. With over two decades of experience, Ritesh brings with him a deep understanding of the Indian Technology Industry, with a focus on business transformation through consulting services.

“Ritesh has a strong track record in delivering business growth and creating growth opportunities. His in-depth understanding of the local market will be a great asset for the company to expand its hold in the document and managed print services market. Ritesh joins us from IBM where he worked for over a decade. In his most recent role, he led the Services Business in Distribution and Industrial sector for India & South Asia. Prior to this, he was associated with Tyco International and GS1 and holds a strong background in solution and services sales.

Ritesh has Masters in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute, Pune.
