Blackberry Announces Winners of Its VAR Incentive Program

The program, which saw participation from over 30 VARs across the country, ran from June 20- August 20, 2014,

BlackBerry announced the winners of its recently concluded VAR incentive program. BlackBerry, in conjunction with Ingram Micro India Pvt Ltd, launched an exclusive by invitation only VAR Incentive program for VARs and SIs to promote BlackBerry enterprise solutions. The program, which saw participation from over 30 VARs across the country, ran from June 20- August 20, 2014, with ultimately 2 winners walking away with cash prizes over a lac.

Announcing the winners of the program, ManojKhilnani, Country Marketing Head – Enterprise, BlackBerry India, said, “BlackBerry has been a clear frontrunner in the Enterprise mobility space for over a decade now. It continues to remain the dominant MDM leader with more customers than the top competitors combined.Since we are uniquely positioned to service the enterprise market with our cutting -edge enterprise solutions, latest smartphones, and services, it is crucial that we empower our partners and VARs with the technical expertise andknow-how. Programs such as these help us to meet them halfway, flourish and create joint business opportunities.”

The 3 pronged incentive program required the VARs to sign up on the program website Partner Portal. Post that, they could get themselves trained in selling BlackBerry Enterprise solutions with a choice of e-learning modules or on-demand webex trainings. The last phase required the partners to enroll for the sales contest and earning in cash instantly.
