Zoho Corp’s Qntrl Launches New Capabilities

Zoho

Qntrl, a brand under Zoho Corporation that offers a leading business process management (BPM) platform, today launched a new version with a slew of features targeting enterprises, particularly in the Indian market. The new features include Bridge, which enables businesses to automate workflows across cloud and legacy systems seamlessly and securely, and Circuit, a visual IT workflow orchestration engine that allows users to code and manage business processes quickly. Other BPM solutions currently available in the market do not offer the capability to build hybrid workflows natively.

Qntrl was launched in 2022 to deliver workflow solutions aimed at democratising workflow orchestration, removing mundane processes while improving enterprise efficiency. Since its launch, Qntrl has gained traction among enterprises and has been enhancing its platform to cater to their unique needs. In 2024, Qntrl has already seen 30% growth, with India emerging as its largest market. In India, Qntrl has seen 30% growth in the mid-market and enterprise segment this year. Its customers include Exide Energy, Hexagon India, Ideaforge and Polybond.

“In a typical enterprise, there are specific tools for various processes. However, low adoption due to the rigidity of these tools leads to employees falling back to offline follow-ups, email escalations, and using other disparate solutions. This fragmented approach creates significant challenges such as difficulties in integrating complex, cross-departmental processes, poor team coordination, and limited visibility for stakeholders. The latest version of Qntrl is designed to address these challenges, empowering business leaders to define the overarching structure and also offer teams the autonomy of tweaking processes for continuous improvement and greater adoption.” Gopalakrishnan Vaikuntam, Global Product Manager, Qntrl.

In the latest version, Qntrl has introduced over 50 new features and enhancements, ranging from personalised view modes to real-time advanced assignments and a marketplace for workflows. Its key new features include:

Bridge allows enterprises to implement hybrid workflows across cloud and legacy on-premise systems, facilitating seamless integrations with servers, SaaS applications, and even systems that lack API support. It enables the automation of end-to-end workflows while safeguarding data exchange with advanced security measures.

Circuit is an IT orchestration workflow engine that empowers enterprise IT teams to visually design and automate complex processes. By enabling event-driven workflows and optimising tasks such as data processing, Circuit accelerates time-to-resolution for critical errors and reduces manual intervention.

Other newly-launched advanced capabilities, such as a sandbox environment for risk-free process experimentation and intelligent task assignments, enable businesses to refine workflows and optimise resource allocation. Qntrl empowers organisations to tackle complex operational challenges and achieve significant efficiency gains.

By effectively managing all data dependencies, Qntrl guarantees the integrity of legacy and system-of-record (SOR) software while simultaneously streamlining the user interface for enterprise users with enhanced contextual information.
