Tech Mahindra Recognized as ‘Preferred Design House’

Establishes a joint Centre of Excellence with Infineon for Automotive Solutions

Tech Mahindra has been recognized as a Preferred Design House for automotive safety critical applications for the Asia Pacific region by Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific, a leading semiconductor company that offers semiconductor and system solutions addressing three central challenges to modern society: energy efficiency, mobility, and security for automotive, industrial, computing and digital security market segments.

This recognition is also followed by establishment of a Center of Excellence (CoE) where automotive embedded engineering solutions in the area of active safety and passive safety will be developed based on Infineon innovative multicore microcontroller architecture. Tech Mahindra performs automotive design & integration services including technical support on the product solutions developed during the entire life cycle for advanced R&D programs and production programs for automotive clientele.

Tech Mahindra has recently achieved Automotive SPICE Organizational Maturity Level certification after the assessment done in conformance to the requirements of ISO/IEC 15504 and the PATHFINDER scheme for process capability and organizational maturity. Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) is a framework for assessing software development processes for automotive applications.
