Highlights regarding implementations in 2016: Recently, we have added following applications in our portfolio: 1. iCHR -Integrated Child Health Record System: Mobile app to be used for tracking of all the vaccinations upto 12 years for a newly born child. 2. Feedback Management System: The feedbacks received from different sources are consolidate into a single backend application and tracked to the closure with CAPA analysis. This has helped in improvement of processes and customer satisfaction. 3. Lead Management System: The leads received from different sources and digital devices are consolidated into one platform and tracked to lead/prospects/business conversion. This has helped tracking of ROI for any event, news paper adv., Social media campaign, etc. 4. Sales Activities: The complete automation of Sales activities. 5. Mobile App for Patient appointment & Patient Records: Patient can book for appointment, payment and also view all the medical reports. The important benefits of above applications are as follows: – Connect to the patient: receive feedbacks of 60-70% customers (90% of IPD and 50% of OPD population) – Patient satisfaction: patient satisfaction has gone up tp 94% from70% before the FMS implementation. – Revenue increase: Increase in number of patients. – Increase in profit: expenses came down in many areas.
Plans for 2017 from technology and projects’ point of view: Having HIS and several applications in place from last 1-2 years, we have captured lot of data and set-up a process to capture the data. Now, we are planning to use this data for the prediction by using Advance Analytics tool. The pilot has been successfully done and we are planning to use this tool.
