KPIT, Kinetiq link up to bring Testing-as-a-Service to Life Sciences

KPIT and Kinetiq are partnering to enhance advisory consulting offerings and testing as a service (TaaS) for software solutions engagements involving compliance to various global regulations including 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, HIPAA, and other regulated technology compliance programs in the life sciences field.

The alliance strengthens the core service offerings of both the organizations in supporting life sciences customers. Kinetiq will provide professional regulatory compliance consulting capabilities to KPIT customers, including software solutions engagements that require a Part 11 audit, program development, and implementation. Whereas, KPIT will complement Kinetiq’s management consulting services with value-added custom software development, systems integration, application and infrastructure support outsourcing, testing-as-a service (TaaS), and project management.

“Kinetiq is excited to be collaborating with a globally recognized leader such as KPIT,” said James Riddle, vice president of client services for Kinetiq. “This collaboration will offer our clients immediate access to custom software development as part of their Part 11 and Annex 11 compliance programs. We look forward to the advantages this collaboration brings to customers and partners of both organizations.”

“As a worldwide leader in the delivery of custom and commercial off-the-shelf software and IT application and infrastructure support, KPIT is proud to incorporate the capabilities of Kinetiq consulting resources for our medical device and pharmaceutical industry clients,” said Pawan Sharma, CEO for Solutions and Services at KPIT. “It will enhance and expand our services to provide these hugely regulated industries with integrated information technology and compliance consulting solutions for improved business outcomes.”
