EnableX wins the Gold in Software Reviews 2022 CPaaS Report

EnableX.io, has been recognized as a Gold medallist and a leader in the Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) Data Quadrant report 2022 of Software Reviews.

SoftwareReviews is a division of IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group. The recognition is basis software users’ satisfaction with the product features, vendor experience, capabilities, and emotional sentiments. The company received an overall number two ranking while being compared to some of the most established global players in the CPaaS industry.

EnableX, with a customer experience (CX) score of 8.6 out of 10, secured the highest satisfaction scores across areas representing product features, including customer engagement, communication, and cloud offering. Additionally, the ability to seamlessly integrate data, timely and sufficient support, and quality of training were the strongest capabilities associated with EnableX, resulting in a 100% plan to renew reported by the users.
