Highlights regarding implementations in 2016: We focused on application performance and optimization and have achieved commendable milestones. A process which normally use to take anything starting from 14-20 days is now being closed in just 2-4 days. We have also achieve higher accuracy levels.
Plans for 2017 from technology and projects’ point of view: Our next big task was to address data security and we have already stared reaching to our milestones. In fact I have recently been nominated for one of the very prestigious CISO award. We are handling over millions candidates data in real time and we are supposed to be delivering 100% full proof system without making our users life difficult. We don’t have the option for bad, good and best, we are just NO or YES, it is completely binary. In addition we are also answerable to the highest and toughest IT committee members, who are specially deputed to audit the compliance and security aspect.
Success mantra: “Believe and nurture your team to start becoming responsible”. As a leader, i can’t succeed until i can make my team also understand my goals. I believe in giving freedom with responsibilities and it has always worked. Our work requirement needs 24 alertness and it is always a high pressure job. It is only my approach which is helping me in keeping such balance and I am not being forced to moderate anyone. My team understands the requirements and they always take it as responsibility.
Favorite piece of personal technology: Make your interface as easy as possible and create your backend as complex as you can.
Hobbies pursued in free time: Playing with my kids and listening good music
About the family: I am happily married for over 12 years now and my wife, Shivani is going to represent India in August 2017 in US for International Exquisite Pageant, apart from her regular full time job. We are blessed with 2 daughters, Saanvi – 9 years and Chaitanya – 4 years old. My parents are based out of my home town.
