Unisys Corporation announced that registrations are open for the eighth Cloud 20/20, the hugely popular annual technical project contest. Cloud 20/20 is open to research students and post-graduates as well as pre-final and final year engineering students in Computer Science, Information Technology, and other related branches. This contest gives students the opportunity to refine their technical knowledge and marketable skills by working with some of the best minds in the IT industry.

Registrations for Cloud 20/20 Year 8 close on December 31, 2016. The winning teams will share a prize pool valued at INR 4.25 lakh. They will also get an opportunity to intern and explore career opportunities with Unisys.
K Nageswara Rao, Vice President, India Technology Center, Unisys said, “We believe India is one of the great destinations for technology talent and research & development. In this competitive environment, nurturing talent at the graduate level is important to increase the speed to market for our solutions. We are glad that after seven years, Cloud 20/20 has been instrumental in building that critical ecosystem. We will continue to invest in IT talent by providing development opportunities in India.”

Cloud 20/20 will culminate in a grand finale in Bengaluru in April 2017, where finalists will demonstrate their technical projects to a panel of distinguished judges, consisting of veterans and experts, from the IT industry and academia.
