UiPath kicked off the second edition of #PowerUpAutomation Hackathon Series in Bengaluru earlier this month. The #PowerUpAutomation Hackathon Series is aimed at building the next generation of software robots on UiPath Enterprise RPA platform to automate both repetitive and complex tasks in business processes. The hackathon that lasted for 24 hours saw 50+ teams and more than 150 developers present. The participating teams solved challenges across one of three tracks: enterprise, RPA in day-to-day life, and automation for social causes. The winners took home prizes worth US$12,000.
India is one of the key countries poised to take over the RPA industry. And, we at UiPath believe in true democratization of RPA, enabling talent development, empowering citizen developers and building a strong global community ecosystem. Through the Academic Alliance, our #PowerUpAutomation hackathon series, local meetups and other programmes, we want to ensure 500,000 RPA experts come from India, ”
