With Her Excellency Dr Aisha Bint Butti Bin Bishr, Director General, Smart Dubai, present, the Human Resources Department at Smart Dubai organised an open dialogue session, held remotely, discussing precautions and safety measures Smart Dubai is implementing to ensure a safe return to the office for all employees.
The session showcased the successive stages through which employees will be returning to their offices, shedding light on daily sterilisation procedures, and outlining a flexible working hours policy. A Q&A session was also included where all employees’ questions were addressed and answered.
