Puneet Pushkarna Elevated to Chairman of Board, Arun Seth to join as Independent Director
Servion Global Solutions, a specialist in the Customer Interaction Management (CIM) domain, has elevated Puneet Pushkarna from Director to Chairman of the Board. Pushkarna will succeed V S Narayanan who will step down from the Board having served as Chairman for 15 years.
The company also announced the appointment of Arun Seth as Independent Director, bringing the total number of board members to 5.
In addition to being on the board of Servion, Puneet serves as the General Partner for Solmark, an entrepreneur-targeted equity fund and brings to the table expertise in every aspect of developing a company to its fullest potential and equip the company to compete effectively in the ever-transforming global marketplace. As the Chairman of the Board, Puneet will continue to aid Servion on its steadfast journey towards being a global leader in the Customer Experience segment.
Arun Seth, who is currently an independent Director on the board of Jubilant Foodworks (Dominos), Centum Learning (a Bharti Group company), Usha Breco Ltd, Samtel Avionics (in a JV with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd) and Narayana Hrudalaya will take on the additional responsibility to further empower Servion on its growth journey.
A graduate of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta, Arun has worked in senior commercial positions in HCL, Usha Martin and the UB Group, in his tenure. He retired as the Non-Executive Chairman of British Telecom in 2012. He was also Non-Executive Chairman of Alcatel Lucent.
