Highlights regarding your work/ implementations in 2016: Implemented Enterprise wide Security for the Group covering six locations, deployed CCTV Surveillance in school buses, in-house Library Management system migrated to Cloud, Enterprise Mobility- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) was successfully implemented and deployed, Upgraded GPS based Vehicle Tracking System (VTS).
Your plans for 2017 from technology and projects’ point of view: Implementation of PeopleSoft ERP for Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM), Deployment of SMART CCTV Surveillance System for all Campuses (about 3000 Cameras), Development of own (Pathways) App to delight our existing customers/parents, Whole IT Network setup for two new school sites, setup about 150 SMART Class rooms and Up-gradation of communication system, deployment of 3D Printing.
Your success mantra: Handling IT operations is a 24*7 stressful and thankless job’ and it becomes more stressful when other passes their own failures on you. Thinking from the same perspective, will not take us anywhere because ‘Past and People’ will never be in our control. Think out of the box, convert challenges to opportunities and most importantly ‘being honest with self is key to success of anything.’

Favorite holiday destination and why: Vaishno Devi – HI have been visiting for more than 20 years now. I visit here at least once but sometime twice a year and return back with lots of energy and creative ideas. This is the place where I would like to visit repeatedly. Apart from Vaishno Devi I visit any new place once a year with my family.
