Highlights regarding implementations in 2016: We are going under a major enterprise level transformation. Whatever we are in the offline space, we are coming a very big way in the online space and are going to hit the markets soon. It is across apps, customer360, CRM360, Partners360. Online will be a new revenue channel for us. We are going with an agile methodology, product by product. Ultimately, Bajaj Capital’s complete wealth management portfolio will come into online. Along with my IT heads and team, we are currently working as transformation agents of the company.
Plans for 2017 from technology and projects’ point of view: In 2017, we will be setting industry benchmarks on our platform that nobody has implemented. CRM, HRMS, ERP, the dialer from the call center perspective, complete new UI/UX designing, technology platforms and upgradation, cloud at the bank end, BCPDR, single sign on architecture, everything is under transformation. We are already in the pipeline. Every week, we are adding new features to the online portfolio. A number of parallel projects are going on. IT is playing as a digital agent, enabling Bajaj Capital’s business to go online.
Success mantra: My energy. I have a very positive attitude in life, a can do attitude and a very good personal-work life balance. Also, I am a firm believer in the Almighty.

Hobbies pursued in free time: I love singing, playing golf and badminton. In free time I love to cook and socialize. I love travelling around the globe and knowing different people.
About the family: I have one son. Right now he is doing his bachelors and wants to come up in law.
