OnSpot plans to hire both freshers and experienced professionals. The newly filled positions will support the company’s key verticals of business consulting, business operations, business technology, and software development. Talent acquisition is targeted toward graduates from IIT, NSIT, Great Lakes, BITS Pilani, and other recruiting colleges, including Delhi University Jamia Milia, Punjab Technical University, and Chandigarh University, among others.
