New Relic has announced over 20 AI-driven platform innovations and new ecosystem partnerships. These advancements integrate Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) with customer-defined data and third-party sources, providing comprehensive intelligent recommendations to optimize business and IT operations.
The platform enhancements include AI agent integrations with ServiceNow, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and Amazon Q Business, as well as new features like Response Intelligence, Predictions Engine, and Cloud Cost Intelligence. These innovations aim to ensure engineering excellence, business uptime, and superior digital experiences for New Relic’s 85,000 customers.
