Highlights regarding your work/ implementations in 2016: Ensured zero data loss by setting up Near DR and built fault tolerant and secured infrastructure. Launched an App aggregating all Missed call services. Also developed Lead Management System integrated with the Missed call services. Introduced Loan Origination System.
Your plans for 2017 from technology and projects’ point of view: Will ensure that various channels such as Mobile, Net Banking, UPI, Aadhaar based Payment systems, elobbys, etc. are made feature rich and robust for the customers to have a Omni Channel Digital experience. Convergence of communication channels of audio, video, email, chat for faster communication and reduced cost within the bank. Standardization in operations and processes by getting quality and security certifications.
Your success mantra: A captain is as good as his team. Ensure that everyone in the team contributes to the common goal. Create collaborative and participative atmosphere where the decisions regarding projects and new initiatives are taken involving functional heads. This is then percolated to everyone in the team resulting in heightened sense of ownership and great team spirit.
