Map entire candidate journey at one place: Simplify Talent Assessment with iMocha’s Prime Connecter integration with iCIMS

Connecter

iMocha, has partnered with iCIMS for Prime Integration, enabling seamless interconnectivity for recruiters with a single login. With this integration, recruiters and hiring managers will be able to manage the entire talent acquisition process using the same platform.

Recruiters and hiring managers often struggle with multiple platforms, toggling from one to another, migrating data from one to another, manually moving each candidate through the recruitment journey on the platforms. But this will be resolved with iMocha and iCIMS’s unified platform.

Talking about how this integration came through and its benefits, iMocha’s CEO and Founder, Amit Mishra, said “Leveraging Platform-as-a-service framework called UNIFi, we want to ensure that the acquisition process is seamless. iCIMS users will be able to use our world’s largest skills assessment library to hire skill-fit candidates. Besides this, this integration will help strengthen the recruitment process by eliminating manual tasks, such as sending individual invites, screening, and much more. Overall, this will provide an enhanced experience for both candidates and recruiters.”

The single-window access to the assessment portal will enable recruiters to focus only on those candidates who have already performed well in the preliminary assessments conducted automatically by iMocha. This will help them save the time that would otherwise be spent on screening resumes for unfit candidates or preparing and sending them the initial assessments. This automatic integration will facilitate smooth data transfers between the platforms.

iCIMS CEO, Steve Lucas, said, “Talent is the core differentiator for businesses in today’s modern digital economy.” The outdated ‘spray and pray” methods where you hope to find the right Talent are no longer effective. There is a great need for the right technologies and tools to evaluate Talent holistically and enable talent professionals to make well-informed decisions. This is where the Prime integration with iMocha comes in, allowing our users to automatically initiate assessments and access readily available competent candidate performance analytics (with comparable reports). They will be able to process only the qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline without wasting time on those that don’t fit. They will achieve all this without ever leaving the iCIMS talent platform.”

Digital recruitment tools and job portals that enable the “one-click apply” feature lead to thousands of applications coming in for even a single opening. This makes recruiters spend long hours screening candidates and irrelevant resumes. The iMocha Prime integration will enable mutual customers to cut short the effort and time spent and achieve more significant results. The integration will also provide applicant and candidate data to help HR leaders and managers plan strategic initiatives.
