Highlights regarding implementations in 2016: In-house R&D to enable ATM EJ (Electronic Journal) pulling services with superior transaction uptime. Developed EJ software solution EPSmartX for Windows OS based ATMs and went to become live with 1000 ATMs
Plans for 2017 from technology and projects’ point of view: Foray into the digital payments space that aims to transforms EPS’ services portfolio as Technology Service Provider with intelligent transaction processing platforms which includes, new generation transaction switching and high performance EFT systems for ATMs, PoS, mobile payments etc. Working on various features and controls that a user can himself define for his transactions to be more secure and convenient
Success mantra: Work hard and love the job as there are no shortcuts to success, and experience helps deliver better results with optimized resources.
Favorite piece of personal technology: My mobile phone as it keeps me connected, and abreast with latest technology and in sync with the latest digital trends.
Hobbies pursued in free time: I like to garden during my free time, watering my plants, and playing with my pets.
About the family: I live with my parents, wife and three children. My father is a farmer, and my wife is housewife. I have 2 daughters, the elder one is pursuing Law and the younger one in school, and my son is studying Engineering.
One good book read recently: The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment is a book that I read recently.
Favorite holiday destination: I prefer Club Mahindra Holiday Resorts for holidaying as it is a favorite of all the family members.
