Manish Kishor joins Group of Institutions (Andhra Pradesh Med Tech Zone) as Head of IT. He would be based out of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and report into the MD of AMTZ Group of Institutions.
Andhra Pradesh Med Tech Zone is a specialized SEZ for Medical Devices spread across 270 acres in Vizag and now plan to setup another zones in 6-8 states.
Manish is working on the initiatives like EMR platform, adoption for interoperability at National Level in collaboration with international organisations presented by its MD in RAISE 2020 event. The other initiatives include Medical Informatics (KIHT – Kalam Institute of Health Technology – Under DBT Project(GOI)), Information Technology Infrastructure for the zone towards a goal of Smart Zone, etc.
Some of the other products that are under his belt include Software Integration and Implementations inline with Vision to have a Unified Healthcare Ecosystem and Innovations in Manufacturing Healthcare (IoT, Sensors, Robotics), Data Science (AI/ML, singular repository for structured, semi-structured, variable- format, internal, and external data ).
He is also working in Indian Biomedical Skill Consortium to strengthen the Bio-Technology skill and roles to uplift the Medical Device Industry with quality manpower. He has started initiative for Training in IBSC (Three Batch on Certificate in Biomedical Quality Assurance with Raaj GPRC since Aug 2020); another batch on Sensor in Medical Devices, Thermal Validation & Environmental Mentoring with Amphenol (KAYA); Project Management with PMI Chennai Chapter Leaders; Skill Vigyan Program under DBT, Ministry of Science and Technology with APSSDC, etc.
