Highlights regarding your work/ implementations in 2016: Global initiative called ‘Smart Enterprise’ to digitally transform business processes within our organization in key domains like smart campus, smart collaboration, smart business applications, smart insights, smart relationships, smart workforce and smart infrastructure; implemented ‘Systems of engagement’ for the employees to collaborate better through mobile or responsive UI applications around traditional ‘systems of records’ like ERP, CRM, etc.
Your plans for 2017 from technology and projects’ point of view: We will be enhancing the KPIT engagement system and smart campus platform with new age cognitive technologies, conversational systems, and VPA integration. We will also focus on creating ‘Think Digital’ culture in the organization, augmenting programmability of software defined infrastructure and making ‘Infrastructure as a Code’ a reality.
Your success mantra: I strongly believe in John Quincy Adams’ quote “If your dreams inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”
Your favorite piece of personal technology: I am not a gadget freak and not very active on social media platforms.
Hobbies you like to pursue in your free time: Like to spend quality time with my family.
