Led the organization for filing 4 patents in the space of emerging technologies such as Cognitive Sciences and Behavioral Analysis. Defined a new way of talent incubation and grooming to face the up upcoming business transformation challenges. Influencing industry bodies and think-tanks on the importance of Primary Research & Startup ecosystems fueling a phase of accelerated and inorganic growth for many industries in India as a leader in a Global ecosystem.
Plans for 2017 from technology and projects’ point of view: The key priorities will be around the following: (a) Transforming the Enterprise IT landscape into something that becomes directly consumable in a self-service mode for end customers; (b) Heightened User Experience in the world of Personal Technologies dominating Enterprise Technologies; (c) Business models for a connected world and how Technology & IT projects must be executed differently; (d) Primary Research to continue in the areas of Human Behavioral Sciences and Embedded Cognitive Technologies; (c) Academic and Startup networks for inorganic growth levers.
Success mantra: It is important to innovate with a purpose and let Technology, touch lives. And, business automatically follows where ‘purpose’ exists. The future is going to be about Human Intelligent Systems where humans are not replaced by machines, but their productivity and intelligence is augmented by technology – It is important to innovate on that fulcrum today!

About the family: I live with my father, who is my personal and professional mentor; my wife is my Yoga Teacher who still hasn’t been able to discipline me as a student. We are trying to get our daughter to pursue her inborn talent around art, music and language rather than be bogged down by the pressures on worldly perceived academic excellence.
