Further strengthens leadership team with addition of Lou Attanasio as Chief Revenue Officer and Maureen Brendan Chief Human Resources Officer bringing depth of experience and global expertise
Informatica has announced the appointment of two seasoned executive leaders Lou Attanasio as the Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer and Maureen Brennan as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
As per the release, executive VP and CRO Attanasio will be responsible for executing on Informatica’s global sales efforts including the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Additionally, Attanasio will be focused on increasing value gained from Informatica solutions for all Informatica clients, growing the company’s Total Addressable Market (TAM) and driving international expansion. His team includes the Informatica worldwide sales and technical organization as well as professional services. Attanasio is a long-time sales leader who brings a leadership track record of disciplined, consistent growth from IBM. Most recently, he was general manager Global Sales for IBM’s strategic Hybrid Cloud Portfolio.
Brennan is joining Informatica as the chief human resources officer with responsibility for driving a culture of innovation, designing strategies to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent while continuing to deepen the company’s high performance environment. With thousands of employees in dozens of countries, the company’s global HR strategy focus is on higher engagement, building Informatica’s reputation as a great place to work and providing an environment where employees can learn, grow and have long and successful careers within the company. Brennan was previously the chief human resources officer at Trizetto, a leading healthcare software company. Prior to Trizetto, Brennan held several HR leadership roles at AT&T, where she began her career, said the release.
In addition to Attanasio and Brennan joining the leadership team, Informatica recently added executive leaders Anil Chakravarthy as Chief Executive Officer, Doug Barnett as Chief Financial Officer, Jim Davis as Chief Marketing Officer and Bruce Chizen as Chairman in January 2016.
