The restructuring sees Cliff Tam and Ravindran Mahalingam taking on more focused roles to accelerate HGC’s global business growth.

Cliff Tam, in his expanded role as Senior Vice President, International Business & Global Data Strategy, will now oversee Global Carrier Management and Wholesale, OTT Business, and International Corporate Business, in addition to driving HGC’s international data strategy. “HGC’s international business has always been at the forefront of innovation,” Tam said. “Together with Ravindran and our talented teams, we will reinforce HGC’s role as a trusted global partner, ensuring cutting-edge AI-led digital solutions for our customers.”
Ravindran Mahalingam, as Senior Vice President, International Business & Digital Infrastructure, will focus on in-country expansion and HGC’s investments in digital infrastructure, including subsea cables, data centers, and mobile identity solutions. “As demand for high-speed, reliable connectivity grows, we will continue to explore and invest in solutions that support the digital economy,” he noted.
