Godaddy Completed two Years in India

Just two years since launching its full-scale operations in the country, India is now GoDaddy’s largest international office.

GoDaddy completes its second year of operations in India. The company has already exhibited phenomenal success in the market. Providing stellar customer care is at the core of GoDaddy’s global strategy.

“With millions of small businesses forming the backbone of India’s economy, it is a very exciting market for us. We believe small businesses will continue to drive Internet penetration in India, and we will continue to make the Web relevant for them,” said Rajiv Sodhi, Vice President and Managing Director, GoDaddy India. “We are focused on educating Indian small businesses on the benefits of getting online and providing them with best-in-breed, affordable solutions to take their business to the next level and offering superior customer care to help guide them through the process.”

GoDaddy has increasingly localized its products to cater to the specific needs of small business owners in India. GoDaddy recently launched two new products in the market – Microsoft Office365 and Starter Web-hosting Plan. Through Microsoft Office 365, an exclusive offering from GoDaddy, small business owners can easily integrate professional email with their domain name and get a full suite of productivity solutions, such as Lync and SharePoint, starting from as low as Rs. 149 per month. GoDaddy’s ‘Web Hosting Starter Plan’ is a powerful option for value conscious businesses, providing them the platform to create their own website, host it on a reliable and secure platform, availability of hundreds of web applications and get 30 GB storage, all for just Rs. 125 per month. Further, both these new offerings are coupled with localized 24/7 customer care from GoDaddy.

Just two years since launching its full-scale operations in the country, India is now GoDaddy’s largest international office. Serving over 12 million customers worldwide, GoDaddy works with small businesses across the world to help them create a one-of-a-kind digital identity, enabling them to reach customers globally and run their business 24/7.
