Finesse and MetricStream Form Alliance

The Strategic Partnership is to Address GRC Requirements of GCC Organizations

Finesse and MetricStream have announced a strategic partnership to address the unique GRC requirements of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) organizations.
Volatile market conditions and competitive pressures demand more focus on adherence to regulations, comprehensive auditing, forward-looking risk management, and effective governance. Organizations are just beginning to realize the rising costs, resources, and redundancies that result from a siloed approach to managing these critical efforts.

With increasing oversight by regulators through new and complex regulations and guidelines coupled with the GCC organizations’ initiatives to strengthen and improve transparency, regulatory compliance, comprehensive risk management, and efficient governance, the need for an enterprise-wide governance framework has assumed enormous significance. Moreover, the Board and senior management in GCC organizations have realized that costs associated with adhering to the complex compliance requirements have been steadily increasing. Growing awareness to streamline compliance and risk management processes and leverage the huge investments made on existing disparate systems has forced organizations to look at GRC as a discipline to address these challenges.

Through this partnership, Finesse and MetricStream will provide scalable solutions that enable clients in GCC to manage compliance and risk in an integrated and collaborative manner, by leveraging the latest technologies spanning cloud, mobile, and social media. The solutions will enable organizations to not only meet their compliance requirements but also provide them with a platform for greater competitive advantage through a 360° view of their risk profile in a cost efficient manner.

“We are happy to partner with Finesse,” said Anurag Jain, Senior Director, Business Development at MetricStream. “Finesse has a strong track record of supporting clients in the region, and partnering with them will further enable MetricStream to provide next generation GRC solutions to organizations across the Middle East.”

Sunil Paul, COO, Finesse LLC added, “We are excited to announce our partnership with MetricStream, as organizations in the region sharpen their focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance. This partnership will uniquely bring together MetricStream’s world class GRC solutions and our unrivaled support and services to organizations in the Middle East.”

“It has become increasingly difficult to provide to the Board and senior management, a clear and uncluttered single view of the risk universe the organization is operating in. This joint offering is not just a solution to ensure compliance with complex regulatory requirements but a powerful management tool for measuring, monitoring, and controlling risks.” said SekharThodla, Strategic Advisor to Finesse.
