India center to power AI innovation for Fortune 500 legal teams as Eudia accelerates global growth.
Eudia, an Augmented Intelligence platform for corporate legal operations, is strengthening its global footprint by establishing a major AI innovation hub in India. The move follows its $105 million Series A funding round, led by General Catalyst with participation from Floodgate and Sierra Ventures.

The Bengaluru center will serve as the heart of Eudia’s AI-driven product development, focused on creating advanced solutions for in-house legal teams worldwide. The company’s approach combines machine learning and human expertise to help Chief Legal Officers (CLOs) optimize workflows, manage risk, and boost operational efficiency.

Pankaj Bhatia, a veteran engineering leader from Amazon, Microsoft, and Flipkart, has been appointed Head of Engineering. He will lead AI innovation and product development from the Bengaluru hub, collaborating closely with Eudia’s teams in Palo Alto.
Eudia’s India operations are actively hiring senior AI engineers and software developers to fuel its growth. The company plans to use the new funding to expand its technology capabilities, scale international operations, and advance its AI-powered Augmented Intelligence platform.
