To Boost distribution of its commercials desktop and notebook
Dell has announced its partnership with Ingram Micro for the distribution of Dell’s End-User computing commercial products. This is first-of-its-kind engagement for Dell to boost distribution of its commercials desktop and notebook. The partnership is planned on a national distribution framework to touch a wider Customer & Partner base in the Indian market announced the release.
Dell-Ingram partnership targets larger business opportunities for both the entities and at the same time also giving benefits to its end-customers and partners. Under this deal, both the companies will work in partnership on overall go-to market activities, marketing and sales of these products.
Kaul, Director and GM (Global Commercial Channel), Dell India said, “This partnership reflects the commitment to our channel strategy, keeping customers at the epicenter, as it enables customers to buy Dell’s fast selling & latest commercial Laptops & Dekstops off-the-shelf through Ingram’s Wide network of 3000 partners across 40 cities.”

This relationship is important for Ingram Micro as it completes the Commercial PC portfolio in the ever growing SMB market.”

Dell’s Global Commercial Channel (GCC) division retains close to 2000 Channel relationship in the Indian market and is responsible for designing programs and policies relevant to partner community which cater to business entities like public companies and large-/medium-sized companies.
