CtrlS wins ‘Towards On-site Net Carbon Zero Award’ at Datacloud Global Awards 2023 in Monaco

The global award recognizes CtrlS’ unwavering commitment to Net Carbon Zero initatives and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals

CtrlS Datacenters has won the ‘Towards On-site Net Carbon Zero Award’ at the Datacloud Global Awards 2023 event held at Fairmont Monte Carlo in Monaco, as part of the Datacloud Global Congress 2023. CtrlS Chairman Sridhar Pinnapureddy received the award at the Awards Ceremony.   

Sridhar Pinnapureddy, Chairman, CtrlS Datacenters Ltd, said, “CtrlS Datacenters is committed to ESG goals and the Datacloud award for On-site Net Carbon Zero validates our tireless efforts in that direction. Despite an increasingly complex environment, CtrlS maintains its market and customer agility.”

He further added, “The sustainability path that we have embarked will take us closer to our aspirations to make a positive impact on the environment, and help us create a secure planet for the next generations. I thank the Datacloud Global Awards 2023 jury for recognizing our efforts.”

The Datacloud global award acknowledges the outstanding contributions made by CtrlS towards creating a sustainable future. The company has been a frontrunner in deploying renewable energy, saving water, saving trees by its paperless office approach, e-waste management and eliminating carbon footprint across its operations.

Not only Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), the company has also achieved considerable outcomes on the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) front, setting new benchmarks in worker safety at the sites, clocking millions of safe hours.
