Corresponding this, the company has also scaled up its manpower strength. So, in 2007 the number of people were only 12 but by the end of 2016 it became a mammoth organization employing 712 people with presence virtually in every large cities.
If that is not enough, soon, CIPL is moving to their own commercial facility in Noida – named as “CIPL House”. This new facility would house the entire resources of the company from an operational hub perspective and hopefully would support and cater to their future growth into the newer technology domains like Cloud, IOT, Analytics, Mobility, etc.
In its journey of 10 years, the company has tied up with a lot many coveted OEM bands who have been steady with CIPL. Of course, there were some brands who preferred to part away but by and large most of the MNC brands have been partners in the growth.
These OEMs including Microsoft, NetApp, Lenovo, Trend Micro, Huawei, Schneider Electric, Avaya, Zimbra, Fujitsu, Intel, Juniper, Tibco, Numeric, Cisco, Canon, Brocade, Samsung, IBM, Symantec, etc. have helped the organization in multi domain skillsets and added to the top line and bottom-line.
However, OEMs like Microsoft, NetApp, Lenovo, Huawei, Schneider Electric and Fujitsu are at the helms of some of the CIPL’s large future projects, which can easily lead to a great 2017 FY.

As CIPL moves on the growth path, the company has also taken major initiatives to help the disadvantaged people and poor families in India with the launch of an NGO in the name of CIPL FOUNDATION.
Very recently CIPL foundation has distributed school uniforms and shoes to 500 school children’s hailing from EWS of the society, in Noida’s Oriental Public School.
