Based in Mumbai Mr. Raghunath Bal, will report to Mr. Santosh Parab, CFO, and will play a pivotal role in steering our global IT operations to new heights.
Mr. Raghunath Bal has joined Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd. (CFS) as Global Head for IT. In his capacity as Global Head at CFSL, he will be instrumental in driving forward their IT initiatives at a strategic level.
His responsibilities would encompass addressing daily IT challenges, implementing streamlined IT processes, and strategically managing business risks to ensure uninterrupted customer deliveries on a global scale. Additionally, Mr. Bal will oversee the monitoring, upgrading, and SAP implementation and enhancement of various processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across our international operations.

With a distinguished academic background including a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from Osmania University, executive management credentials from IIM Calcutta, an Executive MBA from NIBM, and certification as a PRINCE2 practitioner, Mr. Bal brings over 22 years of extensive industry experience to the table. He has held key leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Bajaj Group, Great White Global Pvt Ltd, and Ahuja Hive Pvt Ltd.
