The upgraded Layer 7 protections effectively identify and counter short attack bursts and utilize client reputation scores for better rate limiting. URL Protection prioritizes legitimate traffic to ensure availability of critical URLs, APIs, and microservices during widespread attacks.

App & API Protector also now features Browser Impersonation Detection, which uses machine learning to gain deeper insights into browser behaviours while minimising false positives and enabling more effective detection of malicious bots.
Additional capabilities now available to App & API Protector users include:
