Intelenet Recognized for Customer Service Training Excellence

Wins ‘Customer Service Training Programme of the year’ award for efforts to develop teams which are able to offer a high standard of customer service which meets customer expectations

Intelenet Global Services has won the ‘Customer Service Training Programme of the year’ award at the prestigious Customer Service Training Awards 2016. The awards represent one of the most important calendar events for customer service training professionals across the UK.

Intelenet has received this award in recognition of their Project Potentia program saw their NPS scores increase by 20 per cent and reduced the level of customer complaints through a highly effective training program. It was shortlisted in two categories, ‘Customer Service Training Team of the year’ and ‘Customer Service Training Program of the year’, displaying their consistently high level of customer service.

The winners were announced at the Customer Service Training Awards 2016 held on 14th July 2016.
